Section 15-1-807 - Applicability

This part 8 shall apply to all trusts existing on January 1, 1968, which are later amended to make applicable this part 8, and to all estates and trusts which may come into existence after January 1, 1968.L. 67: p. 771, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 57-8-7.
