If another law of this state bases the validity of a non-testamentary estate planning document on whether it is signed, witnessed, or attested by another individual, the signature, witnessing, or attestation of that individual may be electronic.Added by 2024 Ch. 154,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2025.2024 Ch. 154, was passed without a safety clause.
