A challenge to the panel is an objection to the entire panel of prospective trial jurors made by the defendant or by the prosecuting attorney. No challenge to the panel shall be made, except as provided by section 13-71-139, C.R.S.L. 72: R&RE, p. 238, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 39-10-107.
