L. 2002: Entire part repealed, p. 1463, § 3, effective October 1.(1) This part 4 was numbered as article 11 of chapter 39, C.R.S. 1963. This article was repealed and reenacted in 1972, and this part 4 was subsequently repealed in 2002.
