Section 16-12-210 - Severability

If any provision of this part 2 or the application of this part 2 to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect other provisions or applications of this part 2 that can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provision or application.
