A liquor enforcement investigator is a peace officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties and while acting under proper orders or regulations whose primary authority shall be as stated in sections 44-3-905(1) and 44-7-104 and shall also include the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado and who may be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.Amended by 2018 Ch. 152,§ 7, eff. 10/1/2018.Amended by 2018 Ch. 34,§ 5, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2003: Entire article added, p. 1610, § 2, effective August 6.
