A state lottery investigator is a peace officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties whose primary authority shall be as stated in sections 44-40-106(3) and 44-40-107(8) and shall also include the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado and who may be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.Amended by 2018 Ch. 31,§ 7, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2003: Entire article added, p. 1610, § 2, effective August 6.
