If any provision of this part 1 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this part 1 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 1 are declared to be severable.Entirety of Part 1 repealed and reenacted with amendments by 2013 Ch. 202,§ 2, eff. 5/11/2013.
