§ 16-8-6-102

As used in this article 8.6, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Bridges of Colorado' or 'bridges' means the office of bridges of Colorado established pursuant to section 13-95-103.(2) 'Bridges wraparound care program' means the bridges wraparound care program created in section 16-8.6-103.(3) 'Eligible individual' or 'eligible defendant' means an individual who the judicial district identifies as eligible for referral to the bridges wraparound care program pursuant to section 16-8.6-108.Added by 2024 Ch. 471,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2024.2024 Ch. 471, was passed without a safety clause.
