Section 16-9-205 - Production of tangible evidence

The procedures set forth in this part 2 shall apply to both the compulsory attendance of witnesses and the production of tangible evidence by witnesses located in this state whose presence is required in an action in another state and to witnesses from another state whose presence is required in an action in this state.L. 81: Entire section added, p. 927, § 4, effective July 1.
