As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Executive director' means the executive director of the department of corrections.(2) 'Facility' means any residential community treatment center, honor farm, preparole release center, or other correctional facility.(3) 'Immediate family' means a spouse, child (including stepchild, adopted child, or child as to whom the prisoner, though not a natural parent, has acted in the place of a parent), parent (including a person who, though not a natural parent, has acted in the place of a parent), brother, or sister.(4) and (5) Repealed.(6) 'Warden' means the chief correctional officer at a correctional facility.L. 67: p. 882, § 2.
