Persons registered to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances under this part 3 shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record keeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with any additional rules adopted by the board or BHA.Amended by 2022 Ch. 222, § 37, eff. 7/1/2022.L. 92: Entire article R&RE, p. 353, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 12-22-318 as it existed prior to 1992.
