Section 18-7-408 - Severability

If any provision of this part 4 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this part 4 which may be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and, to this end, the provisions of this part 4 are declared to be severable.L. 79: Entire part RC&RE, p. 742, § 1, effective May 31.
