Section 18-8-109 - Concealing death

Any person who conceals the death of another person and thereby prevents a determination of the cause or circumstances of death commits a class 1 misdemeanor. For the purpose of this section only, 'another person' includes a fetus born dead.L. 71: R&RE, p. 456, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 40-8-109.
