(1) A person commits intimidating a juror if he intentionally attempts by use of a threat of harm or injury to any person or property to influence a juror's vote, opinion, decision, or other action as a juror.(2) Intimidating a juror is a class 4 felony.L. 71: R&RE, p. 466, § 1.
