Any violation of an order of court obtained pursuant to rule 65 of the Colorado rules of civil procedure, which order has specifically restrained a person from traveling in or on a particular public conveyance, shall be a petty offense.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 319, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 95: Entire section added, p. 1258, § 25, effective July 1.
