Section 18-9-205 - Disposition of fines

Any fines collected pursuant to section 18-9-204 shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall then transmit the same to the county where the offense occurred for deposit in the general fund to be used for the care of the animals involved in the offense, if required, or, if not required, for any other lawful purpose.L. 85: Entire section added, p. 679, § 2, effective July 1.
