Section 19-1-203 - Program director

(1) The program director shall be responsible for the administration of the CASA program, including recruitment, selection, training, and supervision and evaluation of staff and CASA volunteers.(2) The program director shall serve as a professional liaison between the court and community agencies serving children.L. 96: Entire part added, p. 1091, § 4, effective May 23.
