Those amendments were superseded by the repeal of the entire section in Senate Bill 90-61. Identical provisions were located in section 19-1-120(2)(j) and (2)(k) until it was repealed in 1994. These provisions are now located in section 19-1-307(2)(j) and (2)(k).
