Section 19-4-120 - Represented by counsel

At the pretrial hearing and in further proceedings, any party may be represented by counsel or a licensed legal paraprofessional, but a licensed legal paraprofessional shall not engage in any tasks or activities that are prohibited by the Colorado supreme court pursuant to court rules.Amended by 2024 Ch. 131,§ 24, eff. 8/7/2024.L. 87: Entire title R&RE, p. 799, § 1, effective October 1.This section was contained in a title that was repealed and reenacted in 1987.
