As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Council' means the Colorado youth advisory council created in section 2-2-1302.(2) 'Designated organization' means the nonprofit or private organization designated by the legislative members of the council pursuant to section 2-2-1304 as the custodian of moneys donated to the council through the designated organization.(3) 'Fund' means the youth advisory council cash fund created pursuant to section 2-2-1306.(4) 'Review committee' means the Representative Hugh McKean Colorado youth advisory council review committee created in section 2-2-1305.5.Amended by 2023 Ch. 325,§ 3, eff. 6/2/2023.Amended by 2019 Ch. 373, § 1, eff. 5/30/2019.L. 2009: Entire section added, (HB 09 -1 09 9), ch. 92, p. 354, § 2, effective August 5.
