Section 2-2-302 - Clerks to file certificates - roll - officers

The clerk of each house shall file the certificates presented by the members, each for his own house, and make a roll of the members who thus appear to be elected, and the persons thus appearing to be elected members shall proceed to elect such other officers as may be required for the time being.G.L. § 1291.
