Section 2-2-313 - Witnesses - attendance before assembly

The general assembly, or either house thereof, by resolution or otherwise, as it deems best, may prescribe the conditions under which and the manner in which a witness may be summoned to attend, with or without documents in his possession or under his control, before any committee of said general assembly or of either house thereof.L. 13: p. 637, § 1.
