Section 2-3-120 - Periodic performance audits of Colorado new energy improvement district and new energy improvement program - reports

No later than June 30, 2014, and no later than June 30 of every fifth year thereafter, the state auditor shall conduct or cause to be conducted a performance audit of the Colorado new energy improvement district created in section 32-20-104(1), C.R.S., and the new energy improvement program established by the district pursuant to section 32-20-105(3), C.R.S. The state auditor shall prepare a report and recommendations on each audit conducted and shall present the report and recommendations to the committee.L. 2010: Entire section added, (HB 10-1328), ch. 426, p. 2220, §2, effective June 11.
