Section 2-3-1202 - Staff assistance

In carrying out duties under section 24-34-104, C.R.S., and this part 12, any committee designated pursuant to section 2-3-1201 may request staff assistance from the legislative council, created by part 3 of this article.L. 85: Entire part added, p. 279, § 1, effective May 23.
