Section 2-3-205 - Expenses - vouchers

All expenses incurred by the committee, including salaries and expenses of employees, shall be paid upon vouchers signed by the chairman, or, in his absence or unavailability, the vice-chairman, or by the staff director upon instruction by the chairman in each instance, and drawn on funds appropriated generally for legislative expenses and allocated to the committee.L. 59: p. 465, § 5.
