The librarian of the supreme court library shall facilitate the work of the office by permitting the liberal withdrawal of materials and data therefrom, subject to such reasonable rules as may be necessary for the proper operation of the library.L. 68: R&RE, p. 141, § 178. C.R.S. 1963: § 63-3-6.
