Section 2-5-109 - Contract approval and execution

Any publication contract entered into pursuant to section 2-5-105 and all proceedings included therein shall be approved by the attorney general as to legality and by the controller, acting as the designee of the governor, and executed by the chairman of the committee for and in behalf of the state.L. 70: p. 367, § 1.
