An administrative unit shall ensure that its gifted education program provides programs and services for gifted children for at least the number of days calendared for the school year by each school district in which the administrative unit provides the gifted education program.Repealed and reenacted by 2014 Ch. 330,§ 7, eff. 8/6/2014.
