§ 22-43-7-114

Any capital construction assistance awarded to school districts or charter schools prior to the end of the 2007-08 fiscal year pursuant to this article, as it existed prior to May 22, 2008, shall continue to be paid.L. 2008: Entire article R&RE, p. 1062, § 1, effective May 22.
