Section 22-3-103 - Standards for devices

For the purposes of this article, the eye protective devices utilized shall be industrial quality eye protective devices which meet the standards of the U.S.A. standard practice for occupational and educational eye and face protection, Z87.1-1968, and subsequent revisions thereof, approved by the United States of America Standards Institute, Inc.L. 69: p. 1039, § 3. C.R.S. 1963: § 123-36-3.
