The board of cooperative services shall be authorized to use the contributions from the participating members to match state and federal funds, or funds from any other agencies when applicable, when the acceptance of financial assistance from such other agencies requires matching of funds as a condition of participating in services authorized by law.L. 65: p. 1029, § 8.
