§ 22-9-5-101

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Scholarship program' means the principal development scholarship program created in section 22-9.5-102.(2) 'State board' means the state board of education created and existing pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.L. 2006: Entire article added, p. 1243, § 8, effective May 26.
