§ 22-81-5-103

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the department of education created in section 24-1-115, C.R.S.(2) 'Facility school' means an approved facility school as defined in section 22-2-402(1).(3) 'Grant program' means the Colorado information technology education grant program created in section 22-81.5-104.(4) 'Information technology education' means education in the development, design, use, maintenance, repair, and application of information technology systems or equipment, including but not limited to computers, the internet, telecommunications devices and networks, and multimedia techniques.(5) 'State board' means the state board of education created pursuant to section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.L. 2001: Entire article added, p. 835, § 1, effective June 1.
