§ 22-30-5-308

(1) The provisions of section 22-30.5-111 shall apply to employees of an independent charter school.(2) The provisions of section 22-30.5-112 shall govern the financing of independent charter schools.L. 2000: Entire part added, p. 357, § 8, effective April 10.
