Section 22-35-110 - Exclusions

(1) The provisions of this article 35 shall not apply to any course that is offered as part of a program of off-campus instruction established pursuant to section 23-1-109 (1) to (5).(2) Nothing in this article shall be construed to restrict the ability of an institution of higher education to independently offer courses for college credit outside of the regular school day using school district facilities.(3) Repealed.(4) The provisions of this article shall not apply to an early college.Amended by 2019 Ch. 244, § 4, eff. 8/2/2019.L. 2009: Entire article R&RE, (HB 09 -1319), ch. 286, p. 1314, § 1, effective May 21.Subsection (3)(b) provided for the repeal of subsection (3), effective June 30, 2012.
