The department of education may pursue additional sources of funding for the financing of in-school or in-home suspension programs, including but not limited to grants, donations, and contributions from public or private sources and any funds available pursuant to article 20 of this title.L. 96: Entire article added, p. 1811, § 5, effective July 1.
