(1) A pilot school may discipline, suspend, and expel students as provided in article 33 of this title.(2) Based upon a reasonable belief that a student is using drugs, a pilot school may require a student to submit to drug testing after providing notice to the student's parent, guardian, or legal custodian.L. 96: Entire article added, p. 1819, § 5, effective July 1.
