Positions of employment for the operation of the golf course and restaurant that are owned and operated by Northeastern junior college and open to the public, known commonly as the 'Northeastern 18' and the 'Plainsman Grill and Steakhouse', and any successor businesses, are exempt from the state personnel system.L. 2011: Entire section added, (HB 11-1187), ch. 53, p. 139, §1, effective March 24.
