Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, Red Rocks community college is authorized to confer a graduate degree upon a student who completes the physician assistant studies program and shall seek accreditation for the program.Added by 2013 Ch. 241,§ 3, eff. 8/7/2013.L. 2013: Entire section added (SB 13-178), ch. 241, p. 1170, § 3, effective August 7.
