Section 23-70-110 - Tax exemption

Any bonds, certificates, or warrants issued pursuant to the provisions of sections 23-70-107 and 23-70-108 by the Auraria board shall be exempt from taxation for any state, county, school district, special district, municipal, or other purpose in the state of Colorado.L. 74: Entire article added, p. 394, § 1, effective May 13.
