Any person who desires to be a candidate for the local district college board of trustees and who is an eligible elector in the local college district shall file a petition for nomination pursuant to section 1-4-803 and part 9 of article 4 of title 1, C.R.S.L. 75: Entire article added, p. 754, § 1, effective July 1.
