As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Board' means the state board for community colleges and occupational education created pursuant to section 23-60-104.(2) 'Eligible elector' of a local college district means an elector who has complied with the registration provisions of article 2 of title 1, C.R.S., and who resides within the local college district.L. 75: Entire article added, p. 760, § 1, effective July 1.
