Section 23-71-205 - Withdrawal from state system

Any community college may withdraw from the state system and establish a local college district pursuant to procedures established by the Colorado commission on higher education. The procedures shall provide for a vote by the eligible electors of the area proposed to be incorporated into a local college district.
