(1) The board shall annually certify to the state treasurer the amount of the direct grants to be paid to Colorado mountain college, Aims community college, and the area technical colleges, as specified by the general assembly and appropriated pursuant to section 23-18-304 for the applicable fiscal year. Each institution or area technical college may use the direct grants for current operating costs or for capital construction.(2) Repealed.L. 75: Entire article added, p. 752, § 1, effective July 1.
