Section 23-71-524 - Prior obligations not impaired

Nothing in this part 5 shall impair the obligations of any bonds, or the refunding thereof, issued by a school district prior to July 1, 1964, or otherwise invalidate any such bond or the obligations or refunding thereof.L. 75: Entire article added, p. 775, § 1, effective July 1.
