A resolution providing for the issuance of bonds or other securities under this part 7 or an indenture or other proceedings appertaining thereto may provide that the securities contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to this part 7, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and the regularity of their issuance.L. 75: Entire article added, p. 784, § 1, effective July 1.
