Section 23-7-101 - Legislative declaration

It is the intent of the general assembly that the state institutions of higher education shall apply uniform rules, as prescribed in this article and not otherwise, in determining whether students are classified as in-state students or out-of-state students for tuition purposes.L. 61: p. 718, § 1.
