The board of governors of the Colorado state university system has authority over all personnel matters relating to the system and the institutions and entities it governs. The board may delegate all or part of its powers over personnel matters in accordance with section 23-5-117.L. 2007: Entire article amended with relocations, p. 523, § 1, effective August 3.
