Any person or business concern aggrieved by a final administrative determination concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this article may have such determination reviewed by the district court for the county in which the land taken for public use is located, in accordance with the provisions of section 24-4-106.L. 71: p. 677, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 69-10-13.
